Digital Service Delivery

Eyivo provides a self-service digital website creation, publishing and hosting platform. No physical goods are shipped, and no shipping company or physical delivery is involved.

Electronic activation

After successful payment confirmation, purchased service capacity and features are activated electronically. The paid service period of 3 or 12 months starts according to the account subscription activation and payment record; no particular activation time is guaranteed here.

How the service is delivered

Customers access the service through their Eyivo account and dashboard to create, manage and publish their own websites. Electronic activation of the purchased capacity and features constitutes delivery of the digital service; Eyivo does not deliver a finished bespoke website.

Custom domains

Domain registration and renewal are not included or sold by Eyivo. Customers connecting a custom domain must own or control it and complete the required DNS configuration.

If activation is delayed

Payment confirmation or a technical issue may delay activation. Customers can ask Eyivo support for help through Contact.
