eyivo.com collects what you type in the contact form (name, email, optional company, message) so we can reply. Account data for the product is stored when you register on the app host.
We do not sell personal data. Hosting, email delivery, and error logs may process data as processors. Tenant websites that you publish are your content; you are responsible for what you put on them.
Where enabled, Google reCAPTCHA v3 checks device and interaction signals on contact, account creation, sign-in, and account recovery forms to help prevent automated abuse.
To ask for access or deletion of messages sent through eyivo.com, write to [email protected]. Product-account requests go through the signed-in app host.
ChatGPT and MCP connections
When you connect ChatGPT to Eyivo Sites, we store your account ID, connected app name, approved permissions, connection status, and use and revocation dates. Depending on the tools used, ChatGPT may receive your account name and email, website content and drafts, media details, and form submissions containing information provided by visitors. Edits you request are stored with your Eyivo site.
We use this information to authenticate your connection, perform requested actions, prevent misuse, and investigate security incidents.
The tool inputs and results needed for your requests pass between Eyivo and ChatGPT, operated by OpenAI. Hosting, storage and CDN, email, and security service providers may process relevant data for us. Content you publish and public site media may be seen by website visitors.
OAuth access tokens expire after 2 hours and refresh tokens after 1 year. Expired token records are removed within 30 days; revoked token records are removed by daily cleanup. Revoked connected-app records are removed within 30 days. MCP audit events are kept for up to 180 days and MCP application logs for up to 14 days. Website content and form submissions remain until an authorized user deletes them or the site is deleted. Deleted data may remain in backups for up to 30 days. Records required by law may be kept longer.
You can revoke a connection to stop future access, and delete website content and form submissions in Eyivo. For access, correction, or deletion requests concerning your account, contact [email protected]. Copies already sent to ChatGPT are subject to OpenAI’s own data controls.
