Acceptable Use and AI Content Policy

This policy applies to every website built on Eyivo and to all text and pages created with Eyivo's AI tools: the website wizard, the AI page assistant, and AI assistants connected to your account through Eyivo's MCP server. It forms part of the Terms of Use. Terms of Service

Sexual and NSFW content is prohibited

You may not use Eyivo, or ask its AI tools, to create or publish sexual or other not-safe-for-work (NSFW) content. This includes pornography, sexually explicit or sexually suggestive text and images, erotic copy, nudity, sexual services, escort or webcam offers, adult entertainment and fetish material.

Sexual content involving minors is forbidden in every form. We remove it immediately, close the account and report it to the competent authorities.

How Eyivo's AI applies this policy

Eyivo's AI writers are instructed never to produce sexual or NSFW content, even when asked to. A request that asks for such content is refused before any text is written, and generated text is checked again before it is saved to your website. Websites are also checked before they are published.

Other prohibited content

Eyivo may not be used for content that is illegal, deceptive or harmful, including phishing, malware, fraud, extremist content and content that infringes the rights of others.

Enforcement and reporting

We may refuse, unpublish or remove content that breaks this policy and suspend or close the account responsible. To report a website, write to [email protected].
